Haiti - Relief efforts hampered by deteriorating security
Violence, roadblocks and the collapse key infrastructure interfere with earthquake and hurricane aid efforts.
The August 14th 7.2 magnitude earthquake that hit Haiti left over 2,000 people dead, over 12,000 injured, and over 300 missing.
