Central America - Biden's crackdown on corruption begins
The lists of corrupt officials are short, but could prove to be a good beginning to a bigger effort.
Congresswoman Norma Torres published the lists compiled by the State Department of 17 corrupt officials from the Northern Triangle of Central America.
